The Manufacturing Process
Assembly
Raw materials like steel, copper, aluminum, and brass are combined to form the backbone of our products.
Expansion
Copper tubes are mechanically bonded to the fins, allowing for heat transfer.
Circuiting
The process of flowing liquid through the circuits in unique and specific ways to impact the performance to exact specifications.
Brazing
During the brazing process, we put the finishing touches on our coils to ensure the system is complete.
Testing
When a coil hits our testing tanks, we charge it with 550 lbs. of nitrogen and test to ensure that the product is leak-free.
Final Inspection
Before we ship your coil, we run all of our products through a rigorous final inspection check list.
Crating & Shipping
Because everything we build is one-of-a-kind, we place products in fitted custom crates so the coil arrives at your door in mint condition. We ship internationally and domestically. Our 24-hour emergency shipping program means help is on the way.

At the end of the day, your satisfaction is one hundred percent guaranteed, and all of our products are covered by Coilmaster’s warranty.
